Add-ons

AviatorOne works closely with partner organizations to develop add-ons that extend the functionality of the core product. Add-ons available include:

Additional Workstation

Extends the Standard or Corporate edition of AviatorOne by one concurrent user.

Unlimited Workstations

Extends the Standard or Corporate edition of AviatorOne to an unlimited number of concurrent users.

Duty Time Control (DTC)

Enables you to check the duty time rules for a dozen jurisdictions at the crew member level. Duty time predictions for a specific period of time and mission can be triggered, enabling you to correct possible infractions at the planning stage.

Non-flying duties are also stored in the system and are treated according to the rules and regulations applicable to each crew member.

Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS)

Provides all information needed to conform to the European Union’s Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS). It can be enhanced in the future to cover additional ETS schemes that may be implemented in other jurisdictions.

Operators must still maintain the required monitoring plans separately. However, templates from this add-on can be utilized. AviatorOne can generate the appropriate reports for tonne/kilometre data and annual emissions.

To distinguish affected aircraft, an Aircraft Group option has been implemented. This is required for operators from non-EU member states who may need to report their emissions to different authorities. Operators from EU member states only require one reporting plan that covers all aircraft.

This add-on conforms to the European Commission’s decision of 16 April 2009. This decision amended Decision 2007/589/EC regarding the inclusion of monitoring and reporting guidelines for emissions and tonne/kilometre data from aviation activities.

SitaTex

Converts service requests (such as handling requests) into the two different SITA formats.

AirSupport PPS

Enables operators to establish an automatic schedule to upload confirmed flights to the AirSupport PPS Flight List. Operational flight plans can be created by uploading the relevant flight details. This helps to avoid typing errors. The upload interval is defined by the user.

Avinode

A fully automated process that uploads aircraft availability data to the Avinode charter platform. Incoming Avinode requests are automatically downloaded and generate the requested ‘live sectors’ for further processing.
