This module is supporting your communication flow. Keeps track of all relevant customer information to crew members. All departments are connected to one platform exchanging various information. Your Account Management keeps track of all Customer information including an Event Alerting System. Sales and Management have instant access to different statistics and analysis. Crews can login to check for upcoming missions and are able to download their paperwork such as Crew Briefing (with special functions e.g. PAX name can be suppressed for a given time before departure), General Declaration and so on. The Debriefing function is the feedback interface to the company and the following crew. Maintenance can also be addressed to report an aircraft status. Flight Attendants have access to all preferred catering companies stored in the airport database. Let your information circulate hassle-free within your organisation!
Crew planning becomes more efficient. Crew members can place their schedule requests. These requests can easily be confirmed by the Crew Planner. Statistics (OFF, Vacation etc.) are available during planning and the Flight Options are visible on the same page.
After releasing a Duty Plan the Crew Control module takes over. The original schedule is always visible to the Crew Controller. Changes can be processed for optimisation for final approval or declined.
Positioning flights are also shown on the same view to possibly safe airline costs if company flight occurs nearby. An alert is triggered if a Crew positioning is missing.
All Crew Roster changes are directly transmitted to the appropriate Crew member by E-Mail. A Crew member can confirm all changes and the Crew Controller does only contact Crews for not confirmed changes within the next few hours.
This module reduces the administration cost of a training department. Each Crew member hase different functions. Each function requires different training, either on type or not type related. Each training can be done at given moment (Window of Opportunity) before the expiry date.
A graphical overview is provided to setup different courses. Crews can be scheduled with drag and drop function to the sheduled course. Training days are automatically visible in the crew planning module. After completion of a training, only one click is required to revalidate all associatied training items. All training documents can be added to each training.
Crew preformance tracking and reporting will guaranty a high degree of crew quality control. To improve training the crew feedback module is an important part of it.
Flight OPS Manager could easily oversee a critical airport. The Airport Categorisation function will therefore check all scheduled flights and inform Flight OPS about a new airport. This airport can be tracked and com-pleted with additional comments for different aircraft categories to the Crew. The Crew is able to print the briefing with the Airport Category and associated Flight OPS comments are also shown.
To get a fast approval of an ETOPS alternate the Flight OPS Manager defines such an airport. The Crew list with these airports is always updated.
Dispatch can select for each ETOPS flight the associated ETOPS alternate. This assures not to select non authorised airports by the Flight OPS Manager.
As soon as Dispatch has selected the ETOPS alternate the suitable airport's minimus are displayed in order to check weather and possibly select another ETOPS alternate. The same information is available to the Crew.
